Unique & Fun & Artistic Building in Downtown Portland! (Portland, OR)

This unique building can be viewed if you walk along the riverside park in downtown Portland. When I saw this building from the opposite side (downtown side) of the river, I could not take my eyes off it. I thought this building was artistic and the most fun looking building I’ve ever seen!

From a distance, the building looked like it was built with stacks of containers. It was just my impression and I actually do not know anything about the building. But I loved the fun & unique & artistic aspects of this building very much! I wish I had time to visit the building.

As a matter of fact, this building is the one stamped on my impression of downtown Portland as an artistic city!
