Crystal Gallery of Ice
The Crystal Gallery of Ice is an annual event held in downtown Anchorage in Town Square Winter Center. Each year, ice carvers come from all over the state, as well as from around the world, to compete in the ice carving competition, creating beautiful works of art from ordinary slabs of ice.
In 2016 the competition was held January 15-17.
The Gallery Walk of Ice sculptures will be on display at various locations in and outside of the Town Square Winter Center until they melt.
