Bridal Fashion: the perfect dress for your bridesmaids

Brides are always concerned about their dresses, but sometimes they don't really take the time to really consider what their bridesmaids are going to wear. I can tell you this out of my own personal experience because I've been a bridesmaid for about four times in my life and I've never ever been comfy or felt pretty in my dress. This is because brides never consider that their group of girlfriends come in different sizes and have very different body types.
Fitting them ALL into one single dress model can be a hard task. Some girls are short, some are tall, extra thin, some are plus size (that's my case) and others feel their arms are too fat! Let's face it, we all have concerns regarding our bodies and we know the best way to hide those little "flaws". That is why we don't feel comfortable at all when our bride friend comes and makes us dress all the same with the same model. This can be a real nightmare. The thing is that Latina's brides can be a bit bridezilla when it comes to dressing their bridesmaids and they want them to look like a real girl army (all looking the same).
Now that I'm getting married and considering my past experiences with those dresses from hell, I'm taking my bridesmaids into consideration. I have two options for them. I will only choose a color palette (that will be probably involving pastel colors, soft greys, and rosy tones) and they will be able to wear whatever dress they have or buy in those tones. I don't care if they are short, long, sleeveless, strapless, big or light! This is a trend that I've seen a lot in Pinterest.
My other idea is to make them wear a dress from a Venezuelan brand that is very plain and that is kind of magical because it fits everyone. The dress is like a huge piece of cloth with four strings, and you wrap those strings around your body in tons of ways. You can have many dresses in one because you can tie it in so many ways. Another important point is that I'm not gonna make them wear a specific hairdo, they can do whatever they want with their hairs. I don't want to be an extra picky bride because I think that fashion is being comfortable in your own skin with what you chose to wear.
